When you’re carrying a growing a baby many changes happen to your body which can lead to pain and discomfort.
We’re able to personalise your appointment to suit you and your baby’s needs. We’ll be able to advise you on management throughout the remainder of your pregnancy and post-partum.
Osteopathy is safe at any stage of pregnancy although some patients may prefer to avoid treatment during the first 12 weeks.

Children and babies can suffer with discomfort and pain, just like adults. We are able to provide gentle osteopathy for your child.
As a mother herself, Siân knows how important it is to keep your little one happy in the appointment and will ask plenty of questions in order to provide the most appropriate care, be it treatment, advice or if necessary, referral.
Siân's main concern is keeping your child or baby safe and well.
Some babies may only need 1-2 appointments, whereas other babies, or older children with injuries may benefit from more. This will all be discussed with you at the appointment to ensure you are happy.
Both sports massage and relaxation massage are available.
Reflexology is a type of hands on treatment to the feet, and occasionally hands and ears which aims to help with problems across the whole body.
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands on treatment which intends to relieve tension and restore balance in the nervous system and promote healthy function throughout the body.
Doug graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy. He is also registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Working primarily as a structural Osteopath, he treats a wide range of injuries, ailments and has advanced Post-Graduate training in Cranial Osteopathy.
Doug has spent time working in various specialist practices including an expectant mother’s clinic, The Royal Free hospital, homeless shelters, elderly care clinics, elite performance gyms, and a HIV specialist clinic.
Doug has worked as a Sports Massage therapist since 2013 and also has a background in combat sports and the military.
Siân has been a registered osteopath since 2018 and a qualified paediatric osteopath since 2019. She treats patients of all ages and abilities from babyhood to the elderly.
Siân specialises in treating families and supporting parents-to-be through pregnancy, then treating their baby into childhood and beyond. She also takes on patients who need osteopathic management and treatment of chronic neck pain and headaches.
Alison is an experienced sports massage therapist and reflexologist holding Level 3 NVQ Diploma in sports therapy, personal training and reflexology.
Alison has many years of experience as a professional therapist and is dedicated to improving and maintaining her client’s quality of life.
She helps a wide range of clients ranging from those with specific sports injuries to those with general stiffness, aches and pains.
Sarah is a qualified craniosacral therapist (CST) with an interest in helping relieve tension in a wide range of people.
Her clients include adults and babies, and she has also worked with young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She is registered with the CSTA.
